It’s a true classic with a minimal design that fits very well into our modern day and age. It is also in my opinion one of the best-looking packs in general. There are many colors you can choose from, so it’s super easy to pick up a Kanken that fits your taste and preferences.
The capacity of the Kanken is slightly smaller than what you see in other everyday packs. Their volume is usually anywhere from 20-30 liters, but I do think that 16 is more than enough. You can easily fit all your books and notebooks in there, and still have some space for your pencil case, tablet or whatever else you consider a necessity.
I do really love how lightweight the Kanken is. It’s pretty easy to carry around even when it is fully packed. There are a lot of good backpacks out there but they definitely won’t look as good as the Kanken. You will be buying something that you will love and own for years to come!
